Aini Li (advised by Meredith Tamminga) and Yiran Chen (advised by Kathryn Schuler) have been awarded NSF doctoral improvement grants. Aini’s project is titled "Experimental priming of phonological variant choices". Yiran's project is titled "Regularization and probabilistic learning in the acquisition of linguistic variation”.
