The organizers have decided not to push ahead with a full-fledged virtual version of PLC 44. With everyone’s travel plans and class/teaching schedules currently in flux, they felt that a virtual conference would at best attract low levels of engagement, and at worst pile on to what is already an unprecedentedly chaotic time for many of our participants.
In place of a virtual conference, they have created an online repository for the authors to submit their handouts/slides/posters and receive feedback. Feel free to take a look at https://tinyurl.com/plc44drive; they expect the folder to be populated by the conference dates. They also plan to invite all authors, of both talks and posters, to submit to the Penn Working Papers in Linguistics.

The 44th annual Penn Linguistics Conference will take place on March 27-29, 2020 at the University of Pennsylvania campus in Philadelphia.
The PLC is run by graduate students in the Department of Linguistics at the University of Pennsylvania.
